Lokaal offers a safe, clean and physically distanced workspace. Throughout the pandemic we’ve stepped up our cleaning and disinfecting protocol as well as our space & terms of use policies to ensure the health and well-being of our members and visitors. As of July 1, 2021 we have re-opened our Flex Pass and Day Pass options.

Lokaal is a shared coworking space for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote-workers who want to belong to and work locally, in a collaborative environment filled with other talented minds. An integral part of the creative hub that works in this building, Lokaal is a bright, light-filled place to get it done. In response to the challenges of #WFH brought about by COVID, we’ve launched our “Tag Team” coworking plan for couples (two people from the same address) who can share a single membership and take turns escaping when they need that important focus time. Designed for Work & Community

Imagined and built by the award-winning studio of Dubbeldam Architecture+Design whose offices are one floor above, Lokaal space has been designed with the creative process and independent creative professional in mind. Lokaal is planned to encourage collaboration with generous common areas and meeting points that are social spaces, places of relaxation, and corners to hatch new ideas. Events and programming such as talks, seminars, creative reviews, and social media stimulate internal connections and engage the broader community. Through association and cross-pollination, Lokaal members have increased opportunities to build partnerships, collaborate and share resources that catalyse creativity and innovation.
