All Lokaal membership plans include:

Networking with other creative professionals and entrepreneurs
Access to regular social and professional development events hosted in the space
Blazing fast high-speed wireless connectivity (wired options for offices and dedicated desks) and redundant ISP failover for when one service goes down (remember the Rogers outage in 2021?)
Desks & chairs at workstations
Comfortable lounge space with 65" UHD 4K LED screen for events, presentations and movie nights
Access to phone booth for private calls
Meeting room access with large screen monitor
Secure and convenient access to building with smartphone keys and readers
Power & charging stations throughout
Kitchen area w/ microwave, fridge & dishwasher & casual workspace
Coffee, tea and filtered Reverse Osmosis chilled water
Colour printing and scanning (up to 11x17 page size)

Option 1:

Shared Hot Desk

Don’t need to come in every day and don’t mind working at a different desk each time but want to belong to a connected community of creative types like yourself? A hot desk membership is just the plan for you starting at just $235/mo.

Plan Details:

Weekday (Mon-Fri) access
Any available desk with standard chair
2 hours per month meeting room time included (additional time $25/hr)
50 pages printing per month
Monthly Fee: $240+HST
“Tag Team” couples plan eligible for a limited time
add a storage cubby ($25/mo) or upgrade to 24/7 access for just $60 more per month.
No term contract.

Option 2:

Dedicated Desk

Don't want to hunt for an open desk? Prefer to always have the same desk and leave your stuff behind at the end of the day knowing it will be right where you left it the next day? A dedicated desk is what you need. $495/mo.

Plan Details:

24/7 access
Your own dedicated desk with lockable pedestal drawers
Ergonomic task chair
plug-in ethernet for even faster connectivity performance
Mailing address and collection
5 hrs per month meeting room access (additional time $25/hr)
100 pages printing per month
Monthly Fee: $495+HST
“Tag Team” couples plan eligible for a limited time
No term contract.

Option 3:

Bright Private Office

Do you spend more time on the phone? Need to shut the door sometimes to focus? Need more privacy but don’t want to sacrifice all the social benefits of our shared space? A private office is what you need. Starting from $875/mo.

Plan Details:

All the benefits of the Dedicated Desk plan but in your own private space with a lockable door
Glass partitions to keep you connected to the space and community.
100 pages printing per month
Month-to-month term (min 3 months initial commitment)

Meeting Room Access:

Single office 6 hrs included (additional time $25/hr)
Double office 8 hrs included (additional time $25/hr)

Monthly Fee:

Double office $1385/mo (includes 2 memberships)
Single office $875/mo+HST (includes 1 membership)

Option 4:

Flex Day Pass

Not a fan of commitment? Prefer a day-by-day, “I create better without a schedule” kind of work environment? Or maybe you’ve got a client or collaborator coming into town who needs to work with you for a few days? We offer a Flex Pass membership for that! Starting at just $99 for a 4 day Flex Pass that you can use any day of the week for up to three (3) months from the date of purchase, at any available shared desk or table. Get a daily dose of inspiration and social confab when you need it with minimal financial commitment. Printing, meeting room time and use of mailing address is not included but available at an extra charge.
